Redbridge sustainability forum
What is the Sustainability Forum?
The Sustainability Forum brings together government, business,
community and voluntary groups, and residents to discuss and drive
forward sustainable development in Redbridge.
The group meets regularly to discuss the key environmental
issues facing the Borough, making sure they are considered in the
Redbridge Environmental Action Plan (REAct) and delivered
effectively.
The Sustainability Forum:
- discusses the key sustainability issues facing
Redbridge
- drives forward the environmental agenda in Redbridge
- raises awareness of environmental and sustainable development
issues
- identifies gaps in service delivery and lobbies for changes to
be made
- provides a forum for Redbridge citizens to share their concerns
and ideas.

Who are the members?
The Sustainability Forum has a wide cross section of membership
with varying interests and expertise.
Members of the Sustainability Forum range from environmental and
community organisations to Council officers and
residents.
Anyone with an interest in protecting the environment and
promoting sustainability in Redbridge is welcome.
