Planning Applications can be decided by:
- Planning Officers who have been given permission to make
decisions on behalf of the Council

Regulatory Committee agenda (which decides large or
controversial applications)

Regional Planning Committe North agenda (Aldborough,
Barkingside, Clayhall, Fairlop, Fullwell and Hainault Wards)

Regional Planning Committee South agenda (Chadwell,
Clementswood, Cranbrook, Goodmayes, Loxford, Mayfield, Newbury
Park, Seven Kings and Valentines Wards)

Regional Planning Committee West agenda (Bridge, Church End,
Monkhams, Roding, Snaresbrook and Wanstead Wards)
If you wish to speak about a planning application,
you must notify the Committee Support Officer, by 5pm on the
working day before the day of the meeting. A maximum of three
people for each application will be allowed to speak. One space is
reserved for the applicant/agent and the other two spaces are
reserved for objectors. Speaking time is limited to two
minutes per speaker. The contact details for the Committee Support
Officer can be found on the front of each agenda.
