If English is not your first language and you need assistance
with your council activities, support is available.
If you need an interpreter or you want documents translated to
be able to use a council service, you should contact the relevant
service you wish to use. The service will make arrangements to help
you. The service can arrange for text to be translated for you or
for an interpreter to join you for meetings and conversations.
If you need either of these services please contact our Customer
Contact Centre on 020 8554 5000. Ask to be put through to the
department you need and they will organise the translation or
interpreting for you.
