Contacting the council in an emergency
The Redbridge Customer Contact Centre is its
main source of information on Redbridge services. The customer
contact centre operates Monday to Friday 8.30 am until 6
pm.
Outside of these times emergency out-of-hours
staff are contactable to deal with emergencies only.
An emergency is defined as a serious event that can not wait for
the customer contact centre to open.
Information on renewing Library books on line,
details of the opening times of the Chigwell Road Recycling Centre
and information on other services is listed below.
The emergency out-of-hours staff will not be
able to book appointments, renew library books, deal with council
tax or parking enquires, or assist with any matters other than
emergencies.
