conditions. If you do not agree to be legally bound by the
following terms and conditions please do not access and/or use
http://www.redbridge.gov.uk/

are aware of any changes made by the Council. Your continued use
of Redbridge i after changes are posted means you agree to be

affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and

visits the London Borough of Redbridge’s website. Any personal

online payments securely
It is safe to make payments to the London Borough of Redbridge

you may not be able to retrieve the last page you have visited by
using the browser's back button. In some cases you may have to
follow additional steps to refresh the page you have seen. Using
the navigation buttons on the online payments service pages avoids
any navigation problems.
The council complies with the provisions of
the Data Protection Act 1998 and our online payments are subject to
the tightest security under our control.

content (online publishing policy)
Redbridge I offers a range of interactive
opportunities enabling users to contribute their thoughts and
views. We reserve the right to not to publish any individual
contribution we receive and to edit contributions, as we deem
appropriate. The council’s decision is final.
- When you upload content to this website, you assign to the
council a non-exclusive licence to use your videos, pictures and
descriptive text on the http://www.redbridge.gov.uk/
web site and in any other communications.
- The publishing of any content submitted by the user is at the
discretion of the council and the council expressly reserve the
rights to restrict the publishing of any material for whatever
reason. The conditions relating the submission of user generated

circumstances will the council be responsible for any loss or

the Council is protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988

Not a substitute for a land
charge
The online planning service must not be used
as a substitute for carrying out a formal “Local Land Charge
Search”, please contact our local land charges section for details
of how to apply for a formal “Local Land Charge Search”. Similarly
any boundaries shown on the maps and documents and implied through
planning applications do not necessarily relate to land ownership.
The Council does not hold records of private land. All queries
related to land ownership should be directed to
HM Land Registry.
