Home Reporting incidents

 

The Report it module allows you to inform the Council of a number of street related incidents.

  1. Click the link for the type of incident you wish to report.
  2. Tell us where the incident is by clicking its location on the map.  You will see other recently reported incidents on the map so you can tell if we have already been informed about the issue you are reporting.  Our Map help page will give you guidance on using the interactive map.
  3. Click the Next button below the map to continue.
  4. Give us more information about the incident by completing the form.  The more details you supply the better.  Any boxes marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in.
  5. If you wish to be contacted about the incident or notified when it has been dealt with, please enter your personal details.  If you are a registered user these will have been filled in for you.
  6. Click the Submit button to report the incident to us.

  • missed domestic refuse

  • worn out road markings
  • kerb
  • overhanging vegetation
  • untidy front garden
  • graffiti
  • full litter bin
  • spillage
  • broken bollard
  • vehicle for sale on the highway
  • dead animals on the road
  • worn out road markings
  • pothole in the road
  • damaged lamp column
  • commercial clinical waste
  • domestic clinical waste
  • missed domestic refuse
  • missed recycling
  • cabinet cover broken or open
  • flooding or blocked drain
  • unattended site works
