Home Online payments

Redbridge i allows you to make secure on-line payments for:

  • Parking Tickets
  • Council Tax
  • Business Rates
  • Housing Rent
  • Council Invoices (eg service charges, allotment charges, refuse collection etc)
  • Housing Rent
  • Planning Applications 

Please note that there is an administration charge of 1.5% on credit card payments to cover processing costs. This charge does not apply to Parking penalty notices. There is no charge for debit card payments.

Advice on making payments on-line

  • Ensure you have your reference number and credit or debit card to hand.
  • If you are in a public place we strongly advise you make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details to prevent them being misused by somebody else.

To make an on-line payment:

  1. In the Pay it module, click the type of payment you wish to make.
  2. Follow the on screen instructions, clicking Proceed when you are ready.
  3. When using the on-line payment facility do not use your browser navigation buttons, use the Proceed or Back links on the page instead.
  4. Enter the requested information.  Mandatory information is marked with a red triangle symbol.
