  • User personalisation, allowing the users to tailor Redbridgei to meet their needs and interests.  
  • Customer segmentation approach to portal development and access to services and features. 
  • SMS and email alerts for key services and events, meetings and emergencies.
  • Improved transactional capacity from paying bills to booking services.
  • New platforms to engage the public, including online consultation, discussion forums, pledges, planning, councillor, my nearest and school modules, blogs and email newsletters.  Users may also use the site to promote  community-organised events, and submit articles for our monthly printed newspaper – Redbridge Life.
  • Interactive report-it facility enabling residents to track progress on reported issues.
  • We recommend the site records the activity of registered users and automatically recommends other areas of potential interest.
  • Recorded history the site records searches made by registered users it and displays them when they return.
