Please refer to the table below for all documents and services available and the associated charges.

Cheques, cash, credit and debit cards are accepted. A VAT receipt will be supplied upon request. Please make cheques payable to "London Borough of Redbridge". Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

Formal Pre-Application Advice - Design Advisory Service Direct expert advice from the decision making team. The "major" (over ten new dwellings) service includes meetings, a written report on the proposal and the opportunity to present your scheme to members. The "minor" service includes a meeting and written feedback.	£2500 - major schemes £300 - single meeting
"Do I need Planning Permission?" enquiries We offer extensive advice for free on our website on the below link: Do I need Planning Permission? Should you wish to receive a binding answer you can apply for a Certificate of Lawfulness (Proposed).	£75
Charge for "other" administrative work We reserve the right to charge for requests that are unreasonably and unusually protracted to fulfil. Customers will always be notified in advance if this charge is to be applied. Half hour minimum fee applies.	£30 / hour
