- free pre-application advice service using extensive local
knowledge.
- initial registration, fee assessment and acknowledgement
forwarded within three days or less.
- in-house efficient plan checking service, within three
weeks.
- in-house structural calculation checking, if required.
- a full site inspection service for all statutory
inspections (same day if booked before 10am).
- inspections undertaken by helpful, experienced and qualified
staff.
- completion certificates issued.
- advice on access and facilities for the disabled.
- consultation with the London Fire and Emergency Planning
Authority, if required.
