Green schools
The way we build and use our schools has a huge impact on the
environment. Just like in homes or offices, lots of energy
and water can be wasted in schools, contributing to climate change
and putting more strain on our environment.
Not only this, but our actions in schools influence how the next
generation will treat the environment: be greener and our children
will learn to be greener too.
The Government in England wants every school to be a sustainable
school by 2020. Do your bit and help make your school as
sustainable as possible.
