What are SPDs?
Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD) elaborate on how policies
in the Council's Local Development Framework Development Plan
Documents will be applied. SPDs do not in themselves form new
policy, but form a ‘material consideration’ in the determination of
planning applications.
Redbridge still use some older planning guidance, found below,
but the majority of the SPDs are now part of the LDF.
