LDF Monitoring Report
The Localism Act 2011 requires Planning
Authorities to produce monitoring reports on at least an annual
basis. The Monitoring Report has to monitor the implementation of
the Council’s Local Development Scheme (the work programme for
preparing Local Development Documents such as the Core Strategy and
other Development Plan Documents) and to assess the extent to which
the objectives of the planning policies contained in these
documents are being achieved.
