Planning feedback

We use feedback to help shape our service priorities and are always interested in hearing your views.

Please use our online feedback questionnaire to share your views with us.

About the service you received

What is your opinion on the following...

General questions

It is often necessary to negotiate amendments to applications to make the proposals more acceptable. However, this negotiation can cause delays in reaching a decision. Would you prefer us to refuse unacceptable applications straight away (which would mean a fresh application is then needed) or should we negotiate amendments, even though this might delay a decision?

Overall level of service received

Setting aside whether your application was successful or not, and taking everything into account, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with the service provided by the council in processing your application?
