Home Site Inspection bookings

crane building housesAs part of the Building Regulations application process, we as the Local Authority have a statutory duty to make inspections at certain stages as work progresses:

  • foundations
  • drainage
  • oversite
  • damp proof course and completion.

We also carries out non-statutory inspections of the floor structure, structural steelwork and the roof structure.

The Building Control Officers check the works for compliance with the Building Regulations (which is a minimum standard), but are not able to oversee every aspect of the works.

Book a site inspection

If you would like an inspection today then you will need to give us a call before 10am and we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee it.  Unfortunately we are unable to do same day bookings for site inspections after 10 am because our building control officers would have been given their schedule for the day at that time.

If you are happy for your site inspection to be carried out from tomorrow (next working day) or after then you need to complete the online booking form below.
