If you are satisfied that your vehicle has never been to
the site before you should not need authorisation
for your first trip if you are carrying normal household
waste. If the vehicle has been to the site before, or is
carrying restricted household waste you will need to call 48hrs
prior to visiting the site to arrange authorisation. Authorisation
is subject to a check on how much waste was tipped
previously. For details on whether your waste is classified
as restricted or not, please see below.
To get vehicle authorisation please call the Customer Contact
Centre on 0208 554 5000.
