Please contact the place where you originally bought the
item first as they often can collect it from you, and some may
offer this service for free.
More on arranged collections
You can arrange collection of the following items (not
exhaustive list):
- sofas
- fridges
- beds (mattresses)
- freezers
- TVs (including electrical items)
- furniture
Please note that this not suitable for house clearances

Cost
The price does depend on what and how much you need collected.
Concessions are given to Senior Citizens who own or are
a tenant.
To get a quote please call 020 8554 5000.
If you are a business and have a Trade Waste Agreement with
us, we will collect your bulky waste as per the information on this
page. However we will invoice you at a later date for
payment. If you are a business and do not have a Trade Waste
Agreement then we will charge you as per a domestic collection.
What happens next?
After you have paid we will tell you when your collection day
will be. This is usually done within two working days.
Items must be left in clear view outside your property before
7.00 am on the day of collection.
