Pay a Parking or CCTV fine

Pay fines online

You can pay CCTV and Yellow PCN parking fines online. Once full payment has been received your PCN will be closed. You will receive an email receipt if requested.

Pay by telephone

Call 020 8708 4708 and have your fine and card details ready. Once payment has been received your PCN will be closed. You will be given a payment reference number which you should note down as this will form your payment receipt.

Pay by post

Send your cheque or postal order made payable to: 'The London Borough of Redbridge' to Cashier’s Office, 22/26 Clements Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 1BD. Ensure that you write the PCN number and your address on the back of the cheque. Post dated cheques will not be accepted. Cash should not be sent unless by registered post.

Credit card payment (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) may also be made by post using the payment slip attached to the bottom of the original Penalty Charge Notice, which was affixed to the vehicle.

Once full payment has been received your PCN will closed. You will not be notified unless you send a self addressed envelope where we will send you a receipt.
