Home Pay a fine

A Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) - commonly called a 'parking ticket or fine' - is issued when a driver parks a car illegally.  It is often a yellow ticket placed on your windscreen.

Do not ignore penalty charge notices. If you pay your parking fine within 14 days of the date of the notice you will get a 50% discount.  Charges are set by a London-wide body called London Councils.
