Season ticket
A car parking season ticket allows you to park for either:
- one month for £58.50
- three months for £160
- six months for £310
- one year for £580
Apply for a season ticket
Anyone can apply for it and you can do so by either:
- printing out and completing the relevant car park season
ticket application form below and sending it to the address on
the form.
- or calling our Parking Management team on 020 8708 3636
who will send out an application form to you in the post.

If your car park is not listed below then you will need to call
020 8708 3636 to apply.
Are there any spaces available?
For most car parks there should be spaces available.
However there are some car parks such as Charteris Road for example
which can get full. If we don't have season tickets available
we will let you know on application.
Can you use the same season tickets for other car parks?
We're afraid that you cannot use the same season ticket in
another car park, as each season ticket has the car park name on
it. If you would like a season ticket for another car park
then you will have to apply and pay for that one separately.
How long till I get the season ticket?
Please allow 10 working days to receive your season ticket.
I have lost/misplaced my season ticket can I get a
replacement?
If you have lost or misplaced your ticket you will have to apply
again for the ticket and the full charge will apply.
Stolen permits
If you have had your permit stolen you will need to provide us
with a crime reference number and details of the issuing police
station. The replacement permit will show the same expiry
date as your previous permit and you will need to pay £10 admin
charge. If you have had your permit stolen, please contact us
on 020 8708 3636.
Do I need to let you know if I have changed my vehicle?
If you have changed your vehicle you will need to notify us
straight away. You will need to send in your permit along
with your new registration number and a cheque for £10 made payable
to London Borough Redbridge. Please send this along with your
personal details and car registration number to: Highways,
Parking Management Team, Lynton House, 255 - 259 High Road, Ilford,
Essex, IG1 1NY.
I'm going on holiday for two weeks, can I get this
refunded?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide any refunds for season
tickets while you are away.
