The RingGo cashless payment system for Council Car Parks

Since November 2009 the Council have introduced a new method of payment to be used when you are unable to purchase a Pay & Display ticket from the machine.  There are clear signs in the car parks which operate this system advising them on how to purchase their ticket.

The driver would need to call RingGo on 020 3046 0010 quoting the 4 digit location number of the car park given on the sign and follow the instructions thereafter.  Failure to make payment via either the Pay & Display machine or the RingGo system will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued to the vehicle.

RingGo for the hearing impaired

Users of the Council car parks who have a hearing impairment can use the RingGo Text service that allows you to pay your parking charge by text.  Please note that this service is only available to RingGo Xpress members.
