Parking PCN (yellow ticket on vehicle)

A Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) - commonly called a 'parking ticket or fine' - is issued when a driver parks a car in contravention of a parking control or commits a moving traffic contravention.  It can either be served as a yellow ticket at the time of the contravention or by post is the Civil Enforcement Officer was prevented from serving it on the vehicle. Charges are set by a London-wide body called London Councils.

Bus Lane PCN (CCTV)

  • This type of PCN is issued by post after the contravention has been captured by Closed Circuit Television Camera (CCTV)
  • PCN Charge is £130.  Charge is reduced to £65 if paid within 14 days of the PCN being served.
  • Pay bus lane fine
  • Parking fine appeals and challenging

Moving Traffic PCN (CCTV)

  • This type of PCN is issued by post after the contravention has been captured by Closed Circuit Television Camera (CCTV)
  • PCN Charge is £110 for a serious contravention and £60 for a less serious contravention. Charge is reduced to £55 and £30 if paid within 21 days of the PCN being served.
  • Pay parking CCTV fine
  • Parking fine appeals and challenging
