You can join a library now online by completing the online registration form.

You will be asked to select a library where you would like to collect your library card.

Joining at a local library

If you visit your local library our staff will register your contact details and give you a library card ready to use.

Where can I use my cardGants Hill Library - Book shelves.

Redbridge Libraries are part of the London Consortium, which means that you can use your card in libraries in:

  • Barking and Dagenham,
  • Newham
  • Waltham Forest
  • Havering
  • Tower Hamlets
  • Hackney, Lewisham, Enfield, Richmond, Merton, Kingston upon Thames, Wandsworth, Ealing and Brent.

If you already have a library card from one of these boroughs, you can use libraries in Redbridge without having to join again.
