Active4Life is an initiative to provide information about physical activity and to encourage making it a part of your daily life.

It evolved from the national Change4Life programme to encourage people to develop a healthier lifestyle.

Let us help you 'strive for five' - by engaging in some form of physical activity five times a week for just 30 minutes each day.
