What's going on for kids in Redbridge?
We have lots of activities taking place all year round, such

The National Citizen Service is giving young people an
opportunity to take on new challenges, learn new skills
and help make a difference in your local community. An
opportunity which is free to take part in with
JLGB
.

Resistance Sliding - Slide your way to fitness!
Free classes for children on Thursdays at
Fitness First, Ilford from 5pm to 6pm. Like swimming without
water, rowing without the boat or running without the

and is distributed as a supplement with the current
edition of Redbridge Life. Do More has been split
into three parts for you to download:
