Hainault Forest Country Park celebrated 100 years of being made into an 'open space' in 2006.  It has also won the Green Flag Award three times - 2006/07, 2009/10 and 2010/11!

Hainault Forest Golf Course is situated next door to the country park and houses two top-class golf courses.

  • Field Access - The very first field on your left as you enter the park and the field opposite the farm will be fenced off and not accessible for grass to recover.
  • Fishing lake - day angling only during park opening hours on north bank. Season or day tickets must be purchased from Fairlop Waters cost £10 for day tickets. Season tickets adults £168, senior citizens over 60 or registered disabled £90. For further information telephone 0208 500 9911. Car Parking 

There are two parking charges, £1 for the first hour or £3 all day. There is no allocated parking for coaches. Parking is free of charge to Blue badge holders.

Opening hours 

The Country Park is open from 7am to dusk 7 days per week. Main vehicle entrance closes as dusk, please check information boards adjacent to car parks.

Farm/Children’s Zoo 9.30am to 5pm

Office opening times 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday
(closed on Bank holidays)
