Following the public consultation about the proposed letting of
the Goodmayes Park Extension a report about the responses to the
consultation and proposals for the future letting of Goodmayes Park
Extension is due to be considered by the Council’s Policy and
Resources Service Committee next Tuesday, the 4 June 2013.

Under the Council's new governance arrangements, subject to the
deliberations of this Committee, the matter may be considered
further by Cabinet on 11 June 2013.

If you wish to speak about the proposals for the future use of
Goodmayes Park Extension, then you need to register your interest
by 5pm on Monday the 3rd June, which is the working day before the
Service Committee meeting. To register your interest to speak at
the Committee meeting on the 4 June 2013 you should, preferably by

telephone or in writing.
It is important that any person wishing to speak on this matter
does so at the Policy and Resources Service Committee meeting,
since, if the Committee agrees with the recommendation to Cabinet,
then Cabinet will not consider the matter and the decision will be
made without any further opportunity for comment from the
public.
If, however, the decision of the Service Committee is considered
a second time at the Cabinet meeting on the 11 June, you may
similarly register to speak again at that meeting. If you wish to

Due to an Extraordinary Council meeting at 7.15pm on the 4 June,
