What is the film fund?

Recognising the importance of supporting emerging talent, as well as actively encouraging film-making and film activity in local communities, Film London launched the London Borough Film Fund Challenge (LBFFC) in 2006.

How does it work in Redbridge?

Within Redbridge, the scheme is run and funded by the London Boroughs of Redbridge and Barking & Dagenham, with Film London providing financial support, dedicated advice and resources.  The fund aims to support emerging and experienced film-makers living, working or studying in one of the two boroughs to produce an original short film.

Through it residents can apply for funding towards the production of a short film.

The deadline for this year's round of funding is Tuesday 15 November - 5 pm, so don't miss out!
