Transfer to Vision - Redbridge Culture and Leisure
In May 2011 Redbridge Council’s Culture and Leisure Services
merged with
charitable trust Vision - Redbridge Culture and Leisure.
The main aim for this change was to give residents more
opportunities to get involved in their local park, library or
sports centre as well making savings to the Council.
There will be no changes in the way services are delivered to
residents as a result of the move.
Those members of staff who have transferred to the Trust are
still based in the same offices using the same telephone numbers,
however email addresses have changed and now follow the new format
name.surname@visionrcl.org.uk.
The day to day management of facilities is the responsibility of
the Trust and any strategic decisions will still be made by
the Council.
