1. What is the Redbridge Card?
The Redbridge Card is a multi use card which
can be used to access library services, leisure centres and a
reward card that entitles residents to a range of discounts
and special offers when they shop locally.
It is available from all local libraries and
leisure centres in Redbridge.
2. Why has the Council introduced the card?
The economic downturn may be a global issue,
but the Council believes local action can make a real difference to
our residents and traders.
By encouraging residents to shop locally, the
Redbridge Card aims to increase the trade of local businesses and
help residents make their money stretch further. By
amalgamating the library and leisure card, residents can use one
card to access a range of services.
3. How does the Redbridge Card work?
Across the borough, more than 400 businesses
are offering special deals for Redbridge Card holders – ranging
from cash discounts to free consultations and buy-one-get-one-free
deals.
Residents simply present their cards at
participating businesses to redeem the offers. Register with
the libraries and leisure centres to access their
services.
4. Which businesses are involved and what are their
offers?
All businesses and their Redbridge Card offers
are listed in:
Redbridge Card full directory of offers (pdf 692kb)
Hard copies of the lists are also available on
request at all Council libraries.
More businesses are signing up to the
Redbridge Card every day so keep checking the lists to see all the
latest businesses and offers.
5. How long will the offers last for?
All offers – and their terms – are decided by
the businesses themselves. They know what is best for their
company and their customers.
Please check the lists on Redbridge i and in
Council libraries for the full details of all discounts.
6. Is the Council offering any deals?
The Council, in partnership with Vision, is
offering the following leisure offers:
- one adult and one child for free on cycling
at Redbridge Cycling Centre
- 2 for 1 Driving range and Par 3 at Fairlop
Waters
- Active 4 Life - Attend four Young People
Sessions and get your fifth session FREE
- Valetines mansion is also offering
discounts
7. Where to get your card?

centre to apply for the card.
If you already have a library card, simply ask
to upgrade to the new card.
If you wish to apply on-line, complete the
on-line form. Please note that if you apply for the card
online, you will still be required to collect your card from
leisure centre or library facility.
