Both the upper and lower courses are designed by five-times Open Champion J. H. Taylor.  The fairways, lined with trees, challenge all levels of player and represent two of the finest courses to be found in southern England. There are pre-bookable green fees, on course marshalling, and refreshments are available.  There is also a fleet of 35 electric buggies available during the summer months. Lessons can be booked with golf professionals.

The facility was opened in 2003 and has a 22-bay luxury golf range in a stadium setting.

A dress code applies for all users of the course: no jeans or track suit bottoms; shirts must have a collar and sleeves and may not be removed on the course; no football shorts; tailored shorts only.
