Healthy Lifestyles is a programme of weekly leisure activities including badminton, circuit training, keep fit, short-mat bowls, yoga, zumba and many more activities to choose from.

TExercising with a hoophere is also a "Walk to Health" group, enjoying weekly walks across local parks.
