Home Cycling

There are three cycling circuits in Redbridge and also the Redbridge Cycling Centre.

The following cycle circuits have:

  • weaving posts
  • limbo beams
  • a seesaw
  • bridge ride
  • big dipper
  • zig-zag
  • criss cross ride
  • take-off ramp
  • rumble strip
  • Picture of cycle centre view Loxford Park circuit is situated in the old sunken garden in the middle of the park, most easily accessible from Loxford Lane (Loxford Park on map).

  • Goodmayes Park track is adjacent to the children's play area, the nearest entrances being holden Close or the junction of Stevens Road and Dunkeld Road (Goodmayes Park on map).
  • Forest Road Playing Fields circuit is situated next to the Skate Park on the corner of Elmbridge Road and Forest Road. (Forest Road playing fields on map)

Become a Ride Leader with British Cycling in this Olympic year

Free training event at the Redbridge Cycling centre

As Part of it's Partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge British Cycling is inviting residents to become trained Ride Leaders ahead of a summer of community bike rides in the area.

All Ride Leaders will receive:

  • A recognised qualification
  • Payment for leading the bike rides
  • Free kit
  • Free Brisith Cycling membership
