There are three cycling circuits in Redbridge and also the
Redbridge
Cycling Centre.
The following cycle circuits have:
- weaving posts
- limbo beams
- a seesaw
- bridge ride
- big dipper
- zig-zag
- criss cross ride
- take-off ramp
- rumble strip

Become a Ride Leader with British Cycling in this Olympic
year
Free training event at the Redbridge Cycling centre
As Part of it's Partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge
British Cycling is inviting residents to become trained Ride
Leaders ahead of a summer of community bike rides in the area.
All Ride Leaders will receive:
- A recognised qualification
- Payment for leading the bike rides
- Free kit
- Free Brisith Cycling membership
