Which property you can apply for will depend on the number of bedrooms you are entitled to, you will be advised of this in your introductory letter, and your category code which will be shown by the property in the magazine or online.  If you haven't registered you will need to on our apply for housing registration page.

Important:  If you don't see any properties in your category this means that there are no available properties in your category that week so please try the following week.  Please note that you will not be able to view properties without being registered.

  • Please note that we do not contact you if you have not been successful, however you will know that you have not been successful because the property will no longer be available for bidding.

How long till I move in?

This will be agreed with our Housing Department or the relevant Housing Association who own the property.
