Before you complete the form

  • You must put details of all person(s) over 18 on the form this is because you may be entitled to a discount!
  • Please note that we can only fit up to four tenants on our form.  Please contact us instead if there are more.

What happens after I register?

Once we have received your form we will send you your first Council tax bill in the post.  You should receive it within 15 working days.  If you haven't received it by then, please contact us.

 

This will not be treated as a claim for Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit. If you wish to apply for either of these benefits please complete the online benefit claim form.
