To apply (bid) for a Council property in Redbridge you need to complete a registration form. Once you are registered then only can you apply for a council property.

What happens after you register

It takes about six to eight weeks to register you so we can assess your housing needs. We will let you know whether or not you have been successful by post.  If you have been successful you will receive an introductory letter explaining how to apply (bid), when you can apply and for what type of property.  If you are considered a 'high priority' applicant we may contact you earlier.

If you are successful with your registration, you will then be entitled to bid for a property based on your priority level.
