WANTED: Properties in Redbridge

Redbridge Council is looking for good quality housing to use as temporary accommodation for local people through the Private Sector Leasing Scheme.

The scheme provides:

Guaranteed rents
A three year lease with one of the Council’s private sector or Housing Association partners
Peace of mind with professional and experienced property management.

Safety tips

Never view flats by yourself. Be safe and take a friend
Do not part with any money unless you are sure you are dealing with the landlord or agent for the property and they are entitled to let the property
Always get a receipt
Wherever possible get agreements confirmed in writing.
