Renting a private property
WANTED: Properties in Redbridge
Redbridge Council is looking for
good quality housing to use as temporary accommodation for local
people through the Private Sector Leasing Scheme.
The scheme provides:
- Guaranteed rents
- A three year lease with one
of the Council’s private sector or Housing Association
partners
- Peace of mind with professional
and experienced property management.
Redbridge has very limited social housing stock, therefore over
the years
the council has developed good relationships with
private landlords and managing agents.
Contrary to popular belief many landlords will
now accept tenants on low income, benefits and with
children.
