PCNs: Please note that appeals can take up to 56 days to investigate. You will then receive a response as to whether or not your challenge has been successful. Please only contact us about your appeal status if you havent had a response and 56 days has passed.

Unfortunately we do not send acknowledgements for receipt of your challenge. If you send it via email you will get an automated response that we have received your challenge. If you send us your challenge in writing then please send it recorded delivery.

Your notice will be held at its existing charge whilst we investigate your challenge.

Permits: If your enquiry was regarding permits you will receive a response within 10 working days.
