What is the Redbridge Strategic Partnership (RSP)Redbridge Strategic Partnership (RSP) logo?

The Redbridge Strategic Partnership exists to strengthen the work of the public sector agencies, local government, businesses and the voluntary and community sectors in Redbridge by focusing on those areas where working together will add the greatest value. 

The partnerships Sustainable Community Strategy outlines how the partnership will work together to continue to make 'Redbridge a better place to live'.  Its vision is:

            ‘In 10 years, Redbridge will be a safe and clean place, where people are proud to live, work and invest.’

There is also a range of other voluntary, community and business organisations involved in the RSP.

To undertake its work it meets on a regular basis around several smaller themed partnerships.  These include:

  • Cleaner & Greener
  • Children's Partnership
  • Enterprise Redbridge
  • Olympics & Paralympics
  • Safer Communities Partnership
  • RSP Assembly (voluntary and community sector group)

It also links with the new Shadow Health & Well-being Board (non RSP) and Scrutiny Committees, as well as working to support other key areas such as the ‘Big Society’, and community cohesion and engagement.

The partnership also works within the ‘Redbridge Compact 2011-2014: Good Practice for Working Together’, which is a joint agreement between the voluntary sector and public bodies to help parties improve their relationship for mutual advantage and community gain.

RSP Community Chest

Organisations Awarded Funding 2011-2012
