One World Week 23 to 30 October 2011

One World Week exists to provide the space for people from diverse backgrounds to come together to learn about global justice, to spread that learning and to use it to challenge inequality, discrimination and degradation, locally and globally.

These events had been organised by the Ilford one world Week 2011 planning Group, comprising representatives from the following community organisation and and faith groups:  Redbridge Faith Forum, Vine United Reformed Church, St Lukes Church, Ilford Buddhist Vihara, Ilford Islamic Centre, League of British Muslims, Milda, Street pastors/Emmanuel ministries, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Iranian Cultural Society, Cultural Tea House, Rainbow people, Redbridge CVS, Catholic Diocese of Brentwood.
