There are 18 secondary schools in Redbridge, six community including two single sex grammar schools, seven academies, one foundation, and two faith schools.

Secondary Schools run by Redbridge Council

*These are Grammar schools. Their pupils are selected based on ability which is assessed by taking a selection test arranged by Redbridge.

Secondary Schools not run by Redbridge Council

These are admission authority schools which are responsible for their admissions, waiting lists and appeals. However Redbridge coordinates school admissions on their behalf.
