LSCB
online training nomination form.
How are training courses evaluated?
All training courses are evaluated using candidate training
Evaluation Forms, Line Manager Evaluation Forms and by independent
observers. Evaluation Forms are used to ensure the
courses are effective and meet the training needs of the
audience. Follow up correspondence is sent to the nominating
Line Manager approximately two months after the Course has run to
request feedback in relation to the implementation of the
learning. The LSCB also welcome general feedback on the
outcomes of training - with information on how practice has changed
and outcomes for children and young people improved as a result of
the training. Please send this to lscb.training@redbridge.gov.uk
Who facilitates the training?
The training courses are facilitated by a variety of
individual trainers, some are employed by the London Borough
of Redbridge and others are independent and private training
organisations.
