Translations are charged at ten pence per word.

Would one of your interpreters be able to make a phone call to arrange an appointment for me to make a home visit to a family?

Yes, this can be arranged.  You would need to give clear details ie:  the person’s name, phone number, address and date/time of the intended appointment.  The interpreter will call you back directly to let you know the outcome of the conversation.

I am about to email you a document for translation.  How quickly can this be done?

This would depend on the language required:

  • Bosnian/Serbo-Croat and Romanian are usually the same day
  • French, Urdu, Somali, Swahili usually take one to two days

More unusual languages can take two weeks.  The length of these would also depend on the length of the document.
