Home Street trading fees and pavement sites

This page relates to licence fees for street and pavement trading in London Borough of Redbridge. The fees for pitches within the borough are reviewed annually. 

The fees for designated pitches are listed below are valid until 30 March 2012.

* These pitches have a power supply available for which, if required, there will be at an additional charge for electricity used.

Pavement sites outside shops

Fees are calculated on a weekly basis at £6.00 per square metre with a minimum fee per site, equivalent to 4 sq.metres, of £24.00.

Payment

Payment for this licence is centralised with the Council's Payments and Benefits service. Do not enclose payment with your application, you will be sent an invoice within 14 days of receipt.

Do not send any payment to the Community Safety offices in Perth Terrace as it will be returned and may delay your application. Your new licence will not be issued until we receive confirmation of payment from Payments and Benefits.
