Any premises used for public auctions must be registered unless
the auction is a one day charity event. In this case, proof
of charity status will be required. This type of registration
is subject to standard conditions.

How to pay
Payment for these licences is centralised with the
Council's Payments and Benefits Service.
Do not enclose payment with your application,
you will be sent an invoice within 14 days of receipt.
Do not send any payment to the Public Protection offices in
Perth Terrace as it will be returned and may delay your
application.
Your new registration will not be issued until we receive
confirmation of payment from Payments and Benefits.
