How much does Lifeline cost
The cost of a Lifeline is £3.95 per week. This is paid three
months in advance and you are able to pay by direct debit for your
convenience. You can also pay upon receipt of an invoice if you
prefer. To pay by direct debit please complete the enclosed form
and hand to the installer when the Lifeline is installed. However
If you are in receipt of certain benefits you may be able to
receive a Lifeline alarm and pendant at no cost. In order to
qualify for this you will need to send a copy of the award letter
with your application, or show the original document to the
Lifeline installer.
Paying for your Lifeline
We will send you an invoice for payment three months in advance.
However many of our customers prefer to pay by direct debit. If you
wish to pay by direct debit please complete the enclosed direct
debit form and hand this to the installer at the time of
installation.
