Mental health problems can affect any of us at different times in our lives. If you need support and care because of mental health problems, we can help you.  Mental health

Below are details on the mental health services available. A number of these services are provided by the North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT).

Assertive Outreach Team 

For those that find services difficult to use and are at risk of self harm or violence towards others.

Community Recovery Team

Ongoing community support for those with long standing mental health problems

Emergency Duty Team

An out of hours emergency service for local residents, between the hours of 5 pm to 8.30 am Monday to Friday and during the whole of Saturday, Sunday and all bank holidays.

The team carries out community risk assessments as well as supporting vulnerable individuals and families over the telephone.

It provides a comprehensive social work service, working alongside care professionals to advise and assist on social work matters.

Home Treatment Team

Intense treatment and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Day Service

Day care service

Redbridge Progress Service is a day care service for people with mental health problems. The centre offers a variety of activities, therapeutic groups, sports and leisure pursuits, educational skills and employment opportunities.

The aim of the service is to encourage choice, well-being and recovery by helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.

Mental health accommodation

Supported accommodation for people over the age of 18 with mental health problems.
