Normal collection day

Your refuse will not be collected if it contains any of the following:

  • Garden waste
  • Small items of furniture
  • Bags which are green holding garden waste
  • Bags which are yellow holding clinical waste

Neither will it be collected if:

  • The collection was missed 3 or more days ago
  • The dustbin is broken e.g. no handles
  • The refuse is inappropriately bagged or
  • It has not been placed for collection

Please do not use this form to log a missed garden waste collection. If your garden waste was missed please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0208 554 5000, and we will ensure your garden waste is removed on your next collection day.
